Enrollment Guidelines

Admission Process & Quotas

Admissions to Higher Secondary (Plus One) classes follow the guidelines set by the Director of Higher Secondary Education, Kerala. Seats are filled through the Centralized Single Window Cell and designated institutional quotas.

General Merit Quota

Allotments are administered online via the single-window cell based on the applicant's Weighted Grade Point Average (WGPA). Apply through the official HSCAP portal.

Community Quota

Reserved for Roman Catholic Syrian Christian (RCSC) applicants. Selection is based on community merit. Separate application forms must be submitted to the school office.

Allocated by the Ernakulam–Angamaly Corporate Educational Agency. Candidates must obtain a dedicated application form from the school office and submit it directly.

Required Certificates

During reporting for final admission, students must present the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • SSLC / CBSE / ICSE Certificate (Original & Copy)
  • HSCAP Allotment Memo (printed from portal)
  • Transfer Certificate (TC) & Conduct Certificate from the last school attended
  • Relevant Income, Caste, and Community Certificates (for reservations)
  • Two recent passport-size photographs
  • Eligibility Certificate (for students from boards other than Kerala State)

We offer two combinations in the Science stream: Group I consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology (PCMB - 2 batches). Group II consists of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Computer Science (PCMCs - 1 batch).

Are other state / CBSE / ICSE board students eligible to apply?

Yes. Students from other boards (CBSE, ICSE, or other state boards) can apply through the HSCAP single window cell. However, at the time of final admission, they must provide an Eligibility Certificate from the Kerala Higher Secondary Board, along with their Migration Certificate.
